Крэг и др.) с ансамблевой застройкой в духе классицизма. Среди памятников архитектуры - бывший королев. замок (11-16 вв.), дворец шотландских королей (Холируд; осн. в 1128), жилые дома 16 в., классицистические здания и комплексы (пл. Шарлотты, 1792-1807, арх. Р. Адам; и др.), неоготические постройки, аэровокзал Тёрнхаус (1955, арх. Р. Мэтью). Edinburgh Review

The Edinburgh Review is the title of four distinct intellectual and cultural magazines. The best known, longest-lasting, and most influential of the four was the third, which was published regularly from 1802 to 1929.
